Can I begin with any program or do I have to start in a certain place?

Each of our programs stand alone and you can begin at any level. However, each level does increase in skill difficulty. As you progress through the levels of Elemental Science your student will be expected to do more of his own writing and his narrations will progress into outlines and reports. As you reach the logic stage your student will be expected to begin managing their own reading and writing assignments. Each program does give you tips on how to lead your student towards independence.

Is Elemental Science secular or Christian?

Although I am a Christian, I have tried to write Elemental Science as non-sectarian. I have done my best to write each program in a manner that focuses on the science being studied instead of a person’s religious viewpoint. This was an easy task for Biology, Chemistry and Physics. However, in the interest of full disclosure, we do require that you use books that come from an evolutionary standpoint. In the elementary years, we do not schedule pages that deal directly with evolution or Big Bang. In the intermediate years, pages that deal with the Big Bang are included as an optional study (Please view the Earth Science & Astronomy for the Logic Stage sample to get a better idea of how this is handled.) How much is shipping?

Shipping to the continental US in included in the price of each of our products. All of our books are shipping via USPS media mail and our experiment kits are shipped via USPS priority mail. If you live outside the continental US or would prefer to have your books shipping via another carrier, please contact us for pricing.

Where can I find a list of corrections?

You can find all known errors and corrections at our blog or under the files section at the Elemental Science Yahoo Group. If you do find an error that is not on the list, please send us an email so that we can address it.
